Mr. S Natarajan is volunteering to interact with Runners on the subject. An experienced runner in the circuit, who himself is a proponent of MAF for more than 2 years and affectionately known as Dil-Man.
He will cover about three forces which influence anyone's well being such as nutrition, exercise and stress and will be linking the 8 step methodology of Dr. Maffetone, which helps us to evaluate and prioritize the three forces in order to create our own health and fitness strategy, which can lead to achieving optimal health and fitness.
The method focuses on improving the function of the aerobic system, the fat-burning engine responsible for fuelling all of the body’s needs.
A wonderful opportunity for all of us as we all would be gearing up for the season ahead. The benefits are immense and proven one. Some of them are highlighted below
