We run as group at various locations of Thane city during weekdays. Normally we start our run early in morning on Wednesday & Friday. We run medium distance (5 KM to 10 KM) on weekdays and normally we target to complete our runs within 1 hour to 1.5 hours. We plan our runs in our group created on WhatsApp (Only for the members staying in Thane City). We decide start time, route & distance one day in advance and share this information in Whatsapp group for the confirmation of group members to join the run. Sometimes when members could not join group run as per shared schedule then they coordinate with other members and run together as per their convenience.
Tuesday ,Thursday & Saturday have been kept for cross-Training/core workouts. Monday is considered as rest day considering long distance run on Sunday.
