How To Submit Workout Details

All you need to do is complete a 30-minute workout everyday while staying indoors. This workout can be any of Indoor Runs, Treadmills, indoor cycling, Cross training, Yoga, Pilates and anything and everything that takes us closer to better health.

if you are Running/Waking/Riding and recording your activity using any App/device then just Submit link of your workout by clicking "Submit Workout Details" Button available on this page.

But if your app does not provide sharable link then just take Screen Shot of your workout and follow below mentioned method..

If you are doing Cross training, Yoga, Pilates or any other exercises then just post it on Facebook or any other social media platform and submit link of your social media post at out website by clicking "Submit Workout Details" Button available on this page

Click Here to refer a workout detail posted on our Facebook page to understand how you can post workout details if sharable link is not available.

Please remember workout details posted by you will be validated before issuing participation certificate. Participation Certificates will be provided to the participants who have submitted their workout details using above mentioned Submit Button . Link to submit workout details will be closed at mid night of the last day of event (08-Jun-2020) and participation certificates will be sent to Participants on their registered email ID within 15 Working days.
