Dr Harshal Naik is volunteering to interact with our RuNCouragers group on the subject.

In view of the few casualties that we have come across in the last few weeks, this topic assumes significance for us to understand about the programming and structuring of good Marathon practice plan, which will in turn make one aware about his / her training status and preparation.

He will cover about perceived exertion, training methods, the techniques to calculate about training load and that will help us to know about the risk level of participants.
